The Blessings of a Pilgrimage

I am writing from the beautifully Catholic country of Poland. I have been on pilgrimage, visiting the site of Divine Mercy,  the city where John Paul II spent his early years, Krakow where JPII served so faithfully as Archbishop, the site of the Black Madonna, Auschwitz and the cell  of Maximillian Kolbe. I am on my way to Warsaw, and on the way we will stop to see where St. Faustina grew up. I cannot capture in the few minutes I have before our bus arrives what this pilgrimage has done for me. I can only say that I beg everyone to make one in the near future. What a spiritual renewal awaits you!!! I am awed by the faith I have witnessed at every site, and the love of Catholics everywhere for Mary and her Son. It makes me more determined than ever to live my faith without reservation, joyfully and filled with the Holy Spirit. God bless you all and I will write again soon!
